Founder

With 25 years supporting survivors of domestic violence in shelters, non-residential programs, and child welfare agencies, Susan has trained staff, authored curricula for working with battered women and teens, and written a foundational report shaping NYC’s nonresidential services. She has expertise in organizing and developing leadership among community leaders, agency staff, and volunteers, and has served on multiple boards and committees addressing domestic violence.
